Most of you on here have owned different makes of motorcycle. Obviously my preference is for Yamaha, but should I change allegiance? I'll still follow the tuning fork in racing, but really fancy something different. Have my eye on a bike, but don't really wanna say anything, as buying is not an option just yet. But I am looking again. I considered a Gixer b4 I bought the R6, but this is something different. And no its not a scooter.  |

Yes you should. Why consider yourself tied to one make?
The only reason I bought the FZR400 over a ZXR400 was that it came up at a very good price, £700, compared to ZXRs that were going for £1100-1200.

Cheers Guys. I've been doing a bit of research for Andy (K07) about a bike, because he doesn't have the Internet at the moment. So I dug out my old PB's, this bike was a staff bike for a whole year, so plenty of info, plus did some on line looking up. We both have to go and look at one in the "flesh" and obviously a test ride, but its looking favourable for at least Andy, and me once my home circumstances change.  |

Cheers John. Andy and myself have been chatting today. He has been to see one of these bikes and made an offer. I'm looking on ebay at moment for him, but I did have a little bid on one of them. Been outbid now, but I didn't want to go as high as it is now priced. ;D |
